Donations & Sponsorships
Thank you for your interest in supporting PV Palooza 2025!
PV Palooza and the PV Summer Concert Series are funded thanks to the generosity of the local community, including sponsorships from local businesses / organizations and individual donors. Funding is collected by PV Palooza Foundation, and used to cover the costs of the event, including payments to musicians, live sound engineers, stage managers, rental of stage, equipment, backline instruments, promotion, licensing, permits, insurance, garbage collection, security, etc.​​
INDIVIDUAL DONOR LEVELS

Fan - up to $499
Fan donors are anonymous. -
Groupie - $500 to $999 (PV Palooza Only)
Groupie donors can choose to be named or anonymous -
Rock Star - $1000 or more (PV Palooza + Summer Concert Series)
Rock Star donors can choose to be named or anonymous.

Individual named donors can be named only as individual or family names (businesses can sponsor, below). Named donors will be listed on the website, social media and emails for PV Palooza only. Rock Star named donors are additionally listed as donors for the Summer Concert Series as well as on printed posters and banners.
BUSINESS SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES
Business sponsorships are available are a great way to support the community and to have your brand associated with one of the most anticipated events of the year in Portola Valley and surrounding communities.

Logo displayed on promotional posters and banners*, stage banners, emails and website for both PV Palooza and PV Summer Concert Series.

Same as Gold but with larger logo and 2 PV Palooza band sponsorships.

Platinum + PV Summer Concert Series – $3,749
Same as Gold + PV Summer Concert Series, but with a larger logo, 2 PV Palooza band sponsorships, a band sponsorship of the PV Summer Concert Series, and physical presence at the Summer Concert Series concerts.
​Since PV Palooza Foundation is a tax exempt private foundation registered as a 501(c)(3), donors and sponsors can deduct contributions from their taxes under IRC Section 170.​ Our proof of tax exempt status can be found here: IRS letter of determination.
