The PV Palooza Summer Music Festival is organized by PV Palooza Foundation, a volunteer organization registered as a 501(c)(3) tax exempt private foundation .

PV Palooza Foundation is not affiliated with the Town of Portola Valley. However, the town fully endorses the event, provides the facilities for the event venue, and is a sponsor.
