The PV Palooza Summer Music Festival is organized by PV Palooza Foundation, a volunteer organization registered as a 501(c)(3) tax exempt private foundation

PV Palooza Foundation is not affiliated with the Town of Portola Valley. However, the town fully endorses the event, provides the facilities for the event venue, and is a sponsor.
