Practical Info

Parking

• PARKING IS LIMITED - PLEASE carpool, bike or walk!

• VERY LIMITED will be available at the Town Center

• ADDITIONAL PARKING

  • Christ Church, Windmill School, Valley Presbyterian

• ON-STREET PARKING

  • DO NOT PARK ON PORTOLA ROAD

  • On-street parking is available on Farm Road and Woodview Lane)

    • Both streets across from the entrance to the Town Center​

• OVERFLOW PARKING

  • Windy Hill Parking Lot (shuttle is available after 3PM)

• DO NOT PARK at Village Square or on Portola Road

What to bring / What not to bring

• No seating is available - please bring portable lawn chairs and/or blankets

• Weather is expected to be sunny but cool (60 - 70°F) and breezy - bring layers and be sure to wear sunscreen!  Canopies are not recommended due to the wind.

• DO NOT PUT STAKES or UMBRELLA SPIKES in the Town Center Lawns!

• Picnics are encouraged

• According to ABC (Alcoholic Beverage Control) regulations, outside alcoholic beverages are not permitted since alcohol is being sold on-site

• Bring a water bottle, as CalWater's Water on Wheels will be on-site with fresh water
